Our Story

From early investment properties to growing communities across Madison and beyond, Simply Homes has continued to build with purpose, care, and a long-term vision for the people and places it serves.

2012–2015

Early Investment & Renovation Work  Simply Homes’ story began with the purchase of its first investment property, followed by single-family homes, rehabs, and duplexes that helped lay the foundation for future growth.
2014

Property Management Begins The management company was created to support growing property needs and provide a more organized, hands-on approach to serving residents and communities.
2016

First Large Development Simply Homes developed its first large-scale project with the Sun Prairie condos, marking an important step from individual properties into larger community-focused development.
2017-2018

McFarland Community Apartments The McFarland community apartments were developed, expanding Simply Homes’ rental and community footprint.
2019

Cambridge Apartments & Jannah Village Planning Simply Homes continued to grow with the development of the Cambridge Apartments.
2021

Jannah Village Breaks Ground & Sauk Condos Developed Simply Homes broke ground on Jannah Village, bringing the Madison community vision into motion. That same year, the Sauk condos were also developed.
2023

Mazomanie Condos Developed Simply Homes broke ground on Jannah Village, bringing the Madison community vision into motion. That same year, the Sauk condos were also developed.
2024

Team Growth & Jannah Village Home Sales Simply Homes added more staff to the property management side, strengthening resident support and daily operations. Single-family homes at Jannah Village also began selling.
2025

Jannah Village Apartments Open for Rent Jannah Village Apartments were developed and began renting, marking a major milestone in the growth of the Madison community.
