- What are the clubhouse hours?
The clubhouse is open 24 hours. Events and gatherings must end by 10:00 PM. - Is there a fee to use the clubhouse?
There is no rental fee for tenants. A $100 deposit is required to cover cleaning or any incidental damage.
- What is the cleanup policy?
Guests are expected to clean the clubhouse after use.
We ask that the clubhouse is left in the same condition it was found so everyone can enjoy the space.
