2024 Year in Review: A Year of Growth, Achievement, and Community

As the year comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on the milestones and successes of 2024. This year has been nothing short of incredible, marked by growth, challenges, and a strong commitment to building communities. Here’s a recap of our journey through the past year. January: Building the Foundation We kicked off the year by breaking ground on two four-unit buildings and a three-unit apartment complex in Jannah Village. These projects marked the beginning of a year dedicated to expanding housing opportunities in the area. February: Overcoming Challenges Despite initial struggles with the City of Madison Zoning Department, we persevered and broke ground on an additional 17 units. This milestone underscored our dedication to overcoming obstacles to create housing solutions for our community. April: Recognized for Excellence In April, I was honored to receive the Wall of Success Award from the Sun Prairie School District. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication we bring to every project. Supporting Homeownership Throughout 2024, we helped 14 homeowners purchase existing homes, contributing to around $6 million in sales. Additionally, we worked with clients to build six new homes, fulfilling dreams of custom-designed living spaces. Expanding Communities In Mazomanie, we built a seven-unit condo complex and have already sold four units. This project exemplifies our commitment to providing high-quality, modern living spaces. Phase 3 of Jannah Village Starting in August, we began work on Phase 3 in Jannah Village, completing half of the phase by December. This involved installing sewer systems, water lines, roads, curbs, and grading—creating 21 new single-family home lots for sale as we head into 2025. Investing in Infrastructure This year, we acquired a warehouse lot and secured all necessary approvals from the City of Madison. This investment sets the stage for future developments and opportunities. Major Developments Underway In 2024, we also broke ground on a 41-unit apartment building, which will be completed in 2025. This project will significantly expand rental opportunities in the area, offering modern and affordable housing solutions. Looking Ahead to 2025 As we close the chapter on 2024, we’re already preparing for an even more impactful 2025. With 21 new single-family home lots in Jannah Village and 41 new rental units coming online, we’re committed to meeting the needs of our growing community.
