Lindsay Hagens began investing in real estate in 2012 and established a property management company in 2014. Over the years, that work expanded into residential projects across the Madison area.
Today, Simply Homes brings together real estate services, rental communities, and residential development. Our team helps buyers, sellers, and residents navigate their next steps while supporting the day-to-day work behind our properties.
Our Journey
2012–2015
The first investments
Early real estate investments led to a property management company in 2014.
2016–2018
Expanding into new communities
Sun Prairie condos and McFarland apartments marked the next stage.
2019
A vision for Jannah Village
Cambridge apartments joined the story, and planning for Jannah Village began.
2021–2023
Bringing plans to life
Jannah Village broke ground, alongside condo projects in Sauk and Mazomanie.
2024
Growing the team
Property management staff joined, and Jannah Village single-family homes began selling.
2025
Welcoming residents
Jannah Village apartments were developed and began renting.
